Digital Access

Ajira Aptitude provides immediate digital access to practice sessions, exam simulations, learning materials, and performance tools after payment confirmation.

No Cash Refunds After Access

Because access is delivered immediately and content can be consumed instantly, payments are generally non-refundable once access has been granted.

Payment Problems

If you paid but access was not activated, contact support with your account email, payment method, amount, and transaction time. We will investigate and, where verified, activate access or correct the account.

Service Outages

If a confirmed platform outage prevents access for an extended period, Ajira Aptitude may add equivalent access time to affected accounts. This does not apply to local device, browser, or internet connection problems outside our control.
