About Ajira Aptitude

Our Purpose

Ajira Aptitude helps Tanzanian candidates prepare for aptitude tests, interview screening, and professional recruitment assessments. The platform focuses on practice, feedback, and readiness, not job placement.

Many candidates understand their profession but lose marks because they are unfamiliar with timed aptitude formats. We help bridge that gap with structured practice across numerical reasoning, verbal reasoning, logical reasoning, general knowledge, ICT basics, ethics, and job-specific technical knowledge.

Independent Platform

Ajira Aptitude is a private educational technology platform. It is not owned by, endorsed by, or officially connected to the Public Service Recruitment Secretariat, the Government of Tanzania, or any hiring board.
