Personal Identification Information: When you register, we collect your full name and email address.
Payment Information: When you purchase a subscription, we collect your mobile phone number to process mobile money transactions (M-Pesa, Tigo Pesa, Airtel Money).
Performance Data: We track your assessment scores, completed exams, weak areas, and session timestamps to provide you with your performance analytics.

3. How We Use Your Information: To create and secure your candidate dashboard, process payments securely, provide targeted study suggestions, and send important system updates.

4. Data Sharing and Security: We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data. We only share necessary data with trusted third parties strictly for processing payments. Your passwords are cryptographically hashed, and we employ strict database security measures to prevent unauthorized access.

Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms: By creating an account and using the Ajira Aptitude platform, you agree to abide by these Terms of Service.

2. Account Security & Single Device Policy: Your account is for your personal use only. Our system strictly enforces a One Device Policy. If you attempt to log in from a second device, your active session will be immediately terminated.

3. Assessment Integrity & Anti-Cheat Rules: To maintain a fair system that mimics official PSRS testing environments, we enforce strict timing, disable copying/pasting, and track tab-switching. Accumulating 3 tab-switch violations will result in your exam being voided.

4. Intellectual Property: All questions, study guides, and content are the intellectual property of Ajira Aptitude. Scraping or unauthorized distribution is strictly prohibited and will result in a permanent ban.

5. System Maintenance: We reserve the right to temporarily suspend access to the platform for emergency maintenance.

Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Digital Goods: Ajira Aptitude provides immediate access to digital assessment content. Because the service is delivered instantly upon successful payment, all subscription purchases are final and non-refundable once access has been granted.

2. Unused Subscription Days: We do not offer refunds or extensions for subscription time that goes unused.

3. System Downtime & Technical Issues: If our platform experiences a verified, prolonged outage, we do not issue cash refunds. Instead, we will automatically credit your account with additional free access days.

4. Accidental Double Charges: If a technical glitch causes you to be charged twice, please contact support with your mobile money reference. We will verify the duplicate charge through ClickPesa and either refund the duplicate amount or convert it into extended subscription days.
